Leadership is supportive and the product genuinely helps patients. Consistently making changes to fit the industry standards and to stay ahead of the game. Lots of autonomy and flexibility in how you manage your territory.
Cons
Growing company so there can be some instability and things change quickly. Commission structure and territories have gone through some changes. Not for someone who needs a lot of hand holding
