Owen Curtin, the own, clearly doesn't know his employees are being poorly managed or else he simply doesn't care. He seems tunnel visioned on money and not on the reputation of his company. The management is extremely poor. Consistent backstabbing, manipulation and lying are common feature of Senior and Mid level management. There is no concern for employees health and safety. If employees mention this, they will be dismissed and deemed "incompatible with the company's culture".
