Run away - Customer Service Representative Healthcare Finance Direct Employee Review

Horrible! Half of management had zero business being in their position! I have seen them treat people way more qualified like crap moving supervisors to lower positions with no explanation. Rather than firing a supervisor who was mistreating employees just moved them to another department. Promoting their friends, changing rules and not telling anyone. Charging customers fees and extra payments wnd then telling reps to not say anything unless the customer brings it up. Then they lay off employees without any advance notice! Do not apply!
