Sometime poor people management Lack of communication from management Hierarchy of staff very evident - sports therapists at the bottom of pecking order despite being the bulk of the service and treatment providers No hands on treatment Cannot use skills and knowledge learned Not multidisciplinary as physios as whole lacked understanding of our role And depth of our knowledge No perks.. even staff member of the week prize was reduced dramatically POOR STAFF RETENTION
