The same people who were in charge when the company was Kaiser are still in charge and are running it into the ground. There is a lack of vision and inability to utilize their employees to their highest ability and promote them. In the fast-changing health care world, this is suicide. Healthspan will cease to exist if it continues with the current leadership.
