Horrible upper management. It is clear that these 2 departments are currently being managed based on favoritism from the department VP. Employees are afraid of retaliation and are not being guided by leaders, instead, they are supervised by people that in order to have control, they lead and manage by creating a hostile environment full of fear and unfairness.
