There's a large need for the work the organization is doing so there's often a sense of urgency and a lot of work in general

Wonderfully smart and compassionate people working on an incredibly important mission. Benefits and salary are very competitive for the non-profit space.

Product/market fit is still emerging so expect some uncertainty and growing pains.
