Great place to work - General Manager Heart House Employee Review

Very rewarding to work with the children and families who trust Heart House.

Somewhat unstable programming (at least in 2022). We had to move to a new building two different times which was difficult.

The staff of teachers and the students are truly amazing! I loved the team at Heart House and it's lovely getting to see first hand the students that we serve.

The board of directors consistently made my job more difficult and refused to do anything when I expressed being unhappy with my workload and salary. The Executive Directors I worked under were consistently unqualified and often treated me like a personal assistant-which was NOT my job description. EDs had little knowledge of finance, quickbooks, and other systems and refused to take the time to learn.
