      It was handy conmute at the time, good pension

      Cons

      They sell themselves very well like the dream company to work but they are not , they actually went bankrupt in 2001 before coming back again. Colleagues with over 20 years on the job are the worse stuck on their ways

      I absolutely love everything about my job and the people I work with. Family environment. Culture is great. Management is great.

      Loose management allowing for autonomy, large company so some locations may be much better than others.

      Cons

      No real merit based compensation or growth opportunities so less incentive to stay motivated
