Pros
A small company that provides opportunity for experience to expand your career. Mostly good people to work with, very personable down to earth owner.
Cons
Extreme lack of communication. The easiest way to get promoted is to be an awful co-worker and cause issues with others, as managers will promote you rather than deal with the issue. Pay is extremely low and you will have to fight for every penny. Management is mainly family and friends, the ability to move up is capped right below them.
