Umm....... Health care is not comparable to other mining operations. Maybe a pretty but rainy location...
Cons
Racist company run by a good ol' white boys club. There are no minorities working here and even heard a manager turn down a qualified minority applicant because "He wouldn't fit in." Completely white dominated work place, old people running the show. It is so gross.
