Pros
I worked for Heidolph North America in Illinois. President there is Jim Dawson. There are no pros working for this company. I don't know the CEO listed below since he is in Germany, so this is not a reflection of him, just the US headquarters.
Cons
It's a horrible working environment- the management doesn't care about their employees, employees get verbally abused. Not to mention the affairs that happen left and right. It's a very shady, low class place to work.
