The great benefits reflect management's dedication to their staff. Very little corporate politics, everyone gets along well. High-quality product builds pride in everyone's work.

Very few employee events, but this reflects the current economic climate and the company's dedication to being frugal (keeps us all employed).

The company is always staying on the edge of mechanical industry, implementing know-hows (also developed by its' employees) and taking care of its' working force. The staff is open, collaborative and competitive. Time management is quite flexible with the possibilities to take hours-off and free vacation schedule. Sports activities and recreations also take place at the company.

Could be hard to integrate within the German team if you are a foreigner. The company structure is pretty fixed so it's hard to move upwards fast. The company pays little attention to bringing up a company culture and internal image. And the canteen is far from perfect.
