Pros
Pay, Benefits, Co- Workers.. The main warehouse where production is would be the best warehouse to work in. DTC is absolutely ridiculous the manager has no people skills and has meltdowns all the time while constantly looking for somebody to blame for his negligence. His Supervisors are great people, but since there Manager is so non confrontational they aren’t being taught anything by him..They literally have more days off then should be allowed. If you work for the Retail warehouse you will really like Will the Manager and Justin the Supervisor they are two great leaders who are success driven and will value you as a part of the team
Cons
Favoritism is ramped at Hello Bello. A lot is overlooked and it sadly that is a waste for any company trying to be successful . There is no accountability especially if you’re wearing a purple shirt.
