Pros
nothing special really. Turnover rate is too high, you have the change to know a lots of friends shortly.
Cons
The management always expects too much from you even you are a new joiner or FG. Yet, they have no resources to teach you anything. So just learn yourself, report your duty and pray not being scolded everyday. One more thing, zero tolerance for any mistakes you made.
