Pros
The people and culture is very nice and they really try to take care of you. They also help you with personal issues and integrating in a new country. There are a lot of transferrable skills you can take with you.
Cons
Salary, lots of people leaving, difficult about hybrid working, growth opportunities: in same positions you can only switch teams but won't earn more or climb higher in the company. Everybody is replaceable. Non-paid mandatory events.
