      Professionalism, support, excellent working atmosphere, very good colleagues, different benefits (coffee / tea kitchen, main kitchen with excellent daily menus, free parking place, language courses, discounts - gym, pharmacy, holiday apartment's, company kindergarten,...)

      Pros

      Work is seasonal, but also steady yearlong. Base pay is very competitive, especially for Memphis/Presidents Island. Benefits are great. Company leadership is good, maybe a little overboard on Safety, but open door policy is good. Very low attrition, so promotions don’t come quickly.

      Cons

      Seasonal hours are long. The company runs lean. Working outside and on Presidents Island. It can be a long commute for some people.
