Pros
I have been working at Helm360 (CCS Global Tech), and I can confidently say it’s one of the best places to work in today’s challenging corporate landscape. In an era where many companies have adopted a harsh "hire and fire" culture, treating employees as expendable resources, Helm360 stands out by treating every employee with respect and value. One of the highlights of my experience here has been working under the leadership of Senior Director Ranjeet Singh. After many years, I’ve finally met a leader who not only focuses on his own growth but is deeply invested in the growth of his team as well. He gives his team members opportunities to learn, develop, and contribute new ideas. Despite his senior position, Ranjeet is down-to-earth, approachable, and a true mentor. His leadership style fosters an environment of freedom, trust, and creativity. I feel incredibly fortunate to work under such a visionary and supportive leader. The senior management overall is incredibly supportive, ensuring that employees are given the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed. They don’t just recognize talent; they nurture it. Employees are encouraged to improve in areas where they may lack and are provided with ample opportunities for growth and development. Learning new skills is not only encouraged but also recognized and celebrated. The HR team is fantastic, and their processes, from the interview stage to onboarding, are seamless and well-organized. They make sure that every new hire feels welcome and part of the team from day one. The company culture promotes collaboration, learning, and professional growth. If you're looking for a workplace that values its employees and offers a truly supportive environment, Helm360 is the right choice.
