Family Service Worker - Family Service Worker Help at Home Employee Review

I love my job as a Family Service Worker at Help at Home. I like transporting kiddos to their bio parents and providing supervision for them. I love my kiddos and enjoy watching most of the parents grow as far as really interacting with their kids and providing a safe and healthy environment for them. I have a wonderful supervisor who always goes above and beyond to answer any questions that we may have. She is always fair and understanding and I feel very blessed to have had her for a boss for approx a year now. When we found out that our part of Help at Home was being taking over by the Center for Youth and Family Solutions, I was devastated, but now I am going to try and see if I can transfer to the new company and keep alot of my families that I have worked with for approx a year.
