Pros

Good colleagues in some teams.

Cons

Classic offshoring company - cost first, everything else second. Performance reviews don't lead anywhere. You sit through them, nothing changes, no real feedback, no plan. Career development is basically non-existent unless you push hard for it yourself. Project management is messy. Priorities change week to week, nobody's really sure who owns what, and teams don't cooperate much - everyone's busy defending their own area instead of actually working together. Big decisions get made somewhere upstairs and you find out when it affects you, not before. There's not much appreciation for the work you put in, and honestly no real effort to motivate people in the first place. Managers aren't interested in what drives you or how to get the best out of the team - you're just expected to deliver. And when they reduce headcount it happens quietly, without proper communication, which makes everyone nervous about their own position. If you care about transparency, growth, or some stability for your family, this probably isn't the place. You can definitely pick up experience here, but don't expect much beyond that.

Pros

If you have a chance to work for them, take it. They were a dream job for me and a fantastic working experience. They no longer do their credit and collections in the US, they moved it right at the time Covid hit and left several of us with severance. That was not the US part of the company's decision, but the Denmark Corporate office. They offer interesting things I have never seen at other companies, check out their website.

Cons

No more job in the US, wish it would be moved back. The 'con' would be that this is a risk that is taken when you work for an international company I guess. Glassdoor will not let me put 2020, when we originally were let go. and I can't vouch for the career opportunities at present. The opinions here are those when I was working there.
