      Too much bureaucracy, slow promotion, not IT oriented company, reluctant to automation of processes, costs cutting for extra learning opportunities (incl. necessary for daily work e.g. VBA progr.)

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
