      Pros

      Nice company, nice campus and location. Sales people were friendly and helpful to collaborate with.

      Cons

      The design department was a tight-knit club that didn't treat it's talent very well. Poor communicators and bad attitudes. There was some nepotism at the top and some in-bred managers.

      Pros

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
