      Average Benefits, Average pay, Good place to start career before moving on.

      Cons

      Management is a bunch of insecure micro-managers. Was a great company, changed to the worst when aggressive goals were not being met and managers were more concerned about their bonuses, rather than the culture and ethics of the company. No chance for advancement. Management through intimidation.. Peter Principal alive and well in Henkel.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
