      Cons

      Poor work-life balance, management is bad, poor employee morale, management treats staff like children. Could go on but get depressed just thinking about it. Don't work here! You won't be valued.

      The pay is okay (still not a livable wage though), and supervisors tend to be understanding

      Cons

      Poor insurance, work weekends, the higher echelons of the system put on a show for the public that they care about employees, but that’s not the case.
