Pros
Meets expectations in regards to technology and systems in place to make work environment convenient. Epic as it's EMR, Kronos time keeping, Microsoft webmail, many online self service with decent benefits package.
Cons
Culture has made a dramatic shift in the wrong direct. They have unfortunately made to many attempts to make social and political statements in the past couple if years. On the surface that is fine but it unfortunately alienates it's workforce and creates division within. Work should be work.
