Pros
Henry Ford Health System pays its employees well and has a very attractiv benefit package. We get five weeks paid time off per year, which can be used as sick or vacation time. The hospital is very clean and well equipped, and keeps current on technology.
Cons
It is such a huge system, that management is too far removed from what is happening at ground level. Every change, hire, and improvement takes so much time. The old saying about it being impossible to move the elephant is very true here.
