Sneaky upper management Poorly trained area managers The almighty dollar is all that matters High turnover (but no one looks to upper management) Understaffed (one staff per center) No breaks, no lunches. Time off is barely approved and it's stressful to be sick for a day No recognition when your clients reach their goals. Told to replace them for more dollars No advancement opportunity unless you are a puppet
