Pros
-Interesting role and supportive peers. -Good salary. -Possible to buy Hermes products for way less (only if you have enough tenure).
Cons
-Toxic, manipulative managers. Especially the infamous HKA who created a contagious climate of fear. -Lack of transparency, inconsistent and emotion‑driven decisions. -Public humiliation and offensive nicknames for colleagues, -Pressures and arbitrary reversals on hires/externals; unjustified removals. -After‑hours contact on personal number (calls/WhatsApp up to 11 PM). -Requests that violated ethics: build files against team members, write letters of complaint, manipulate HR… -Intrusion into an external consultant’s privacy (asked to show home workspace via webcam and then criticized it). -Isolation and humiliation of beginners and apprentices. Mocking about them not being able to pay for a Hermès item, -Sexist and demeaning comments about female colleagues. -Relies on personal ties with hires to exert control over the team. -Severe impact on teams' mental health. A lot of members are regularly placed on medical leave due to the harassment. -No remote / work from home (or very few, and very frowned upon). -Location (Pantin) is pretty inconvenient.
