Fast pace - at Heron, features are shipped fast and new tech is implemented almost as soon as its released 4. Proactive promotions/compensation increases - I never had to ask for one, promotions are given proactively during quarterly reviews 5. Genuinely great people that you get to bond with - I really enjoyed connecting with the team during off-site events and team lunches, the culture is great in general
