Pros
- You get a family sized bag of the tastiest chips on the market every week. - Your meager paycheck clears. - Its a job if you have nothing else - Its tough to get fired
Cons
- The company seems to think this 21st century thing is going to blow over. The products names sound like store brands and the company new media advertising is nonexistent. - The resale items are a plight upon the RSPs. The warehouse loads the drivers up with boomerang products (warehouse, shelf, warehouse) then yells at drivers for returns on products that historically return. The beef jerky is off-brand jerky at above name brand prices. - 60+ hours a week - chronically understaffed because of the high turnover. If you are sick your truck will probably sit and they will most likely try to get you to work your day off to make up for it. - short codes are your problem - often feels like Nottingham thinks the companies ills stem from lazy work force not their failed programs or their below market wages - waste of time stops (>$20 a week) are the bulk not the exception on many NNJ routes
