Pros

"We'll get through this together" mentality with colleagues.

Cons

Too many managers, too few with any idea what they're doing. No support. No chance for progression. Awful paygrade system, designed to avoid raises at all costs. "Voluntary overtime" - this is used to gauge if you will or won't get a pay rise, which won't even pay for the hours required to get it in the first place.

Flexi Hours, Home working and IT equipment provided.

Cons

Let's make this VERY clear from the start; It's not an underwriting role - Its dressed up as UW but is in fact a very pressured sales role. You HAVE to sell insurance AND at least 2 extra 'benefits' even if the customer does not what or need it - You have to try at least 4 times on every single call. Daily emails go out to the entire team so everyone can see your stats. This is done to create 'healthy' competition within the team. I'm very surprised the media have done any undercover filming or reporting on this company!

Target driven as per any sales role. Flexible work from home shift patterns so you can work when you want, support and training provided

As per any sales role its target driven and can be repetitive
