Pros
This place is an amazing place to work. I've never felt more supported. It may be cheesy to say, but it really feels like a family atmosphere. There are so many opportunities to grow and learn. I'm excited to continue my career here at Herzig Engineering!
Cons
With constant growth comes more change than normal. This can be a good and bad thing depending on your stance towards change. I choose to view these changes as a positive!
