Around 8-9 people have recently left the firm. History of poor management and rushed deadlines. Top heavy with solicitors having to do the work of associates. Poor pay. Bullying culture.

Great people to work with. Highly capable litigation team.

Pay is low and work can be intense. Work/life balance isn't the best.
