- work is challenging and interesting, - lots of opportunity to learn (constant knowledge sharing and cross-training between the team), - flat structure and radically transparent culture, - full insurance and good employee benefits on par with major corporates

- some sabotaging behavior from previous employees that were strongly opposed to transparency, team diversity and threatened by the requirement to self-challenge and grow, - business model brand new and no proven path to success to take.

Work is interesting. Getting to work on some interesting projects. Work life balance is great. Culture is amazing. People & Management are really chill and I see no issues with the leadership. Big companies have invested here.

I do not see any negatives here.
