Organisation: - If you quit within 2 years you will be asked to pay a minimum of 5000€. It is kind of a bondage - Unusual notice period: 3 months to the end of the quarter. If you quit in this quarter you can only leave by the last day of next quarter. Means if you quit on 1st Jan you cannot leave before 30 June.Heights of being tricky! - Sick note is asked from the day one of taking sick leave. - Annual leaves are stolen in the name of bridging days between Christmas and new year and other holidays which fall 1 day short to weekend. They give 26 days leave but they deduct almost 6-8 days from that as compulsory holidays, so technically you will be given only 17-18 days as annual leaves. - Your attendance is monitored by management for company wide meetings. - Career path is not well defined. The one they brought newly has a lot of flaws. - There is no company culture. - No benefits, salary and annual bonus is all you get. - Being asked to fill the monthly time sheets. - Frontend engineers are assigned to Backend only projects, and are expected to deliver!. No proper Skillset project mapping. - Projects are not so challenging at all. - Lack of leadership is very evident in the company. - Very out of date Mac machines ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Team: - Very toxic environment and rotten team culture and company culture. - Very unprofessional, incompetent and best of all “do nothing attitude” team members who will motivate one to quite the organization. - Management who do not have empathy towards the employees and they do not care about the individual’s feelings and emotions. - Team dysfunctions are not handled properly by the Office management. Dirty politics is played at different levels starting from the incompetent team members till management team they all play worst politics than doing the actual work. Worst of all is that management has to be in an unbiased position but they are totally biased. - Each team has maximum number of incompetent team members. Management knows that some people are incompetent explicitly but still they don't care at all because all they want is the work to be done, they dont care who does it. So the entire productivity is expected from the few team members who actually work. - Hiring has a lot of issues, right from identifying the right skillset and mindset. Since they hire some misfits, it becomes too chaotic to work with such ill-minded people and the whole environment gets deeply rot. !!Never ever think of joining this company!, It will take you backwards in your career!!
