      Pros

      Hexcel values its employees and treats them well. Layoffs and terminations are rare and usually warranted. We work hard but they're not slave drivers.

      Cons

      I have not observed a down side.

      Good pay. Overtime available if wanted. Double time Sundays. Not a physical job. Up to 8% / year contribution to your 401K

      Cons

      Short staffed in certain departments. Run out of basic supplies to often.
