people are great, pay is good, hours are good, the schedule is flexible, discounts, perks

overall the experience has been good, we all work hard and hard work isn't for everyone so people who aren't keen on working hard don't do well

So much favoritism! Their favorites get all the good routes. The non-favorites get like 1 order that’s going to Hollywood or koreatown in traffic so you make way less money and spend more time on driving, the guys get like 5-7 orders all at once locally. Some drivers made $300+ a night, whereas I would only make $100. The discrepancy shows obvious favoritism.
