Project Manager - Manager Hi-Crush Employee Review

Inept senior leadership in key positions. Very poor communication channels. Areas of responsibility were 'blurred' at senior levels. That is, departments heads (directors; VP's; Exec. VP's) often overstepped their areas of competence and direct responsibility. This created chaotic actions and excessive cost overruns. There was never a consistent plan when it came to desired outcomes and the projects were in a constant state of flux. Minimal structure...too much 'free-lancing'.
