When you feel like you're part of a family it can be a blinding at times.

Most people are good people. ( on the floor i say again MOST!!!)

No 401 they tell you they will match it but they haven't in the last four years no profit sharing in the last four years hard as hell to get a raise. Greedy as hell upper management.
