The core of the company is relatively small, but everyone is dedicated, hard working, and ambitious. Management makes it clear that they care not only about providing excellent service to customers but also that the people that work here, and their families, are taken care of.

Hailstorms dictate how busy the company is, and so the weight of the workload ebbs and flows depending on the season. Can't fault the company for the weather though.

The company is constantly on the move, looking for ways to improve our products and services for both retail and wholesale customers. In my experience, management also cares about their employees, their wellbeing, and that of their families.

The company is kept fairly lean, and so there's not much room for advancement.
