They treat you horrible. They don’t even allow you free be enrages when most companies with fountains allow that. They don’t allow you have a life you need to be dedicated 100 percent of the time. They get upset if you don’t. They owners/mangers need to understand what it’s like to actually be there for their team and how a team will be there for them if they are. Vacation? Forget it. If it lands on a time they need you usually they tell you to move it . They are always short staff because people quit all the time because how they treat their staff. They never listen to their staff. HR is a nightmare there they don’t handle things correctly. They get upset if you’re on break in the dubbing room and you’re being what they think is too loud. No break room they say the world is your break room. They don’t give free food to staff but waste a ton of it to make food perfect. The end time of your shift is not the end time. If it’s busy or they are short you can’t say no to staying. I just say stay away because they will either give your a mental break down or put you at the edge of your sanity.
