The CEO and CAO behave as though they own employees’ lives. They constantly monitor people through CCTV cameras, tracking who is sitting near deck and for how long. I’m not exaggerating, this genuinely seems to be a full-time activity.
The culture is deeply toxic and built around gaslighting. If you don’t work 12+ hours a day or survive on less than 5 hours of sleep, you’re labeled as “not hardworking enough.” If you challenge client-service based decisions, you’re told you “don’t understand the strategy.” If you raise concerns about nepotism or office politics, the response is essentially, “That’s how the world works, deal with it.” You literally live with constant fear, disrespect.
The favoritism is impossible to ignore. Certain “favored” employees with barely 1-2 years of experience are put in positions where they dictate work. Decisions are often based on no logic, and strategies change every few hours, making it nearly impossible to execute effectively.
Overall, it’s one of the worst workplaces I’ve experienced. The company lacks a clear vision, has no coherent product strategy, and creates an environment that steadily damages employees’ mental well-being. Company focused on cab services and food as they are run by CEO CAO relatives making them their core earning from running this company.
