Salary is a bit lower for 2024-2025 salaries Lack of professional hardware equipment to effectively work on interesting challenges Bad organisation of purchased materials, parts, entities and items (per-project, while it’s better to organise it per-kind/per-type) Too many senior devs, overcrowded S level Too few project analysts, others must do their work Large diversity of platforms, know-how’s and technologies so often nobody can effectively help you with your problem, you have to deal with it by yourself.
