Pros
it's a hybrid role and the salary isn't awful, just well below industry average
Cons
Management isn't effective. I'd been asking for help with my workload for 5 months as I would regularly work 10 - 12 hour days. During this time, they would pull me into multiple meetings and attempt to write me up for poor performance which required me to follow up woth several email chains verifying I completed my work. The most recent time, my manager switched gears and wrote me up for "unprofessional behavior" and "not keeping an electronic tracker" despite our meeting in June concluded by the same manager verifying I could use a paper tracker. They invite us to their home for team building which shows off their wealth while us Inventory Analysts all require multiple jobs to pay to exist. It's so much stress and works you so hard, you may as well find an hourly position and work a few hours per week.
