The CEO Zee Aganovic has zero emotional intelligence, spiteful and highly passive aggressive, is a perfectionist, a micromanager and errs on the side of not trusting your work. He prefers to hire underqualified people to create a vicious feedback loop that justifies his condescending opinion and lack of trust and to pay under market wages. Amazingly, and not unlike Trump, he'll believe he is the best thing since sliced bread that ever happened to these poor, starving, underqualified plebians.
The core concept of multivariate testing and optimizations is a very intriguing one, and there's no doubt that the CEO, who has a phD in these sorts of data analytics, is best suited to be in a lab and keep improving the algorithms with no contact with living humans.
