Pros
Free parking (rare in med center), & flexible schedule. Good place to get telemetry experience as they use many different monitoring systems.
Cons
Some of management has poor leadership & interpersonal skills, and is extremely micromanaging and negative. Job expectations are very high, while pay remains amongst the lowest in the area. Management often treats staff like children & is unprofessional. Good work is not compensated, no bonuses or recognition. High work load & patient census'. Only 3 days of sick PTO allowed a year, & 6 days of PTO per year, and unpaid call outs are not permitted. Overall employee satisfaction was extremely low amongst most employees, and clients were not always happy either.
