Great Company, wonderful workplace, 1 hour in breaks throughout the day. Diverse employees, You can eat at your workspace, Snacks, food, and gym onsite.

12 hour shifts, demanding Job, requires tedious tasks at times, lots of beeping and endless calls to nursing staff, sometimes 100 calls per shift with frequent repetitions.

Free parking (rare in med center), & flexible schedule. Good place to get telemetry experience as they use many different monitoring systems.

Some of management has poor leadership & interpersonal skills, and is extremely micromanaging and negative. Job expectations are very high, while pay remains amongst the lowest in the area. Management often treats staff like children & is unprofessional. Good work is not compensated, no bonuses or recognition. High work load & patient census'. Only 3 days of sick PTO allowed a year, & 6 days of PTO per year, and unpaid call outs are not permitted. Overall employee satisfaction was extremely low amongst most employees, and clients were not always happy either.
