      Thank you so much for your review, it is great to hear that there are so many positive things about the company and your new role. It can be quieter on the Finance floor due to the work people are doing up there, dealing with data and spreadsheets and needing to concentrate :)

      Pros

      Progression from BC to ECP with thorough internal and external training. Once in a while management will sit in on an appointment for compliance and support to help strengthen our services. Regular monthly online meetings are put in place to celebrate successes and gain ideas for improvement. The bonus structure is fair. Personally from my own area I feel supported by my local team and management. I don’t feel micromanaged, in fact I feel like I’m trusted to do my job well. A lot of people working for HH are long standing employees.

      Cons

      Progression looks to only be doing the Audiology apprenticeship in Buxton. It would be nice if there were more routes such as training/management roles.
