Pros
I have been at Higgs LLP for over two years now, so I thought I’d edit my review so it is more considered. I still think it is a fabulous place to work. It is a people-driven firm. The people are friendly, approachable, and down to earth. Everyone is treated as an equal regardless of their role. Hybrid working is an option that allows everyone to have a genuine work-life balance. You are trusted to do your role and allowed to make mistakes along the way. The pay and benefits package is generous. I can see myself staying with the firm forever.
Cons
I'm struggling here. It's not perfect, obviously, but there is nothing hugely negative either. The workload can be a problem at times, which results in feeling the pressure. The IT system is a pain and impacts productivity, and getting a parking space is sometimes challenging!
