Pros
High Lantern Group serves the communications needs of some very large global companies, especially in health care, life sciences, and technology. Many of the senior leaders work directly with CEOs, but even those starting at the firm will find themselves on Zoom/Teams talking to clients. Very unbureaucratic. Much higher level work than you would find at a PR or marketing firm. Deep trust from clients.
Cons
At least during Covid, it is hard to have full understanding of all the work the firm does. It is easy to fall into working on one type of project. Very high expectations of junior people.
